Meghan Trainor officially becomes a mother of three.
The 33-year-old “Still Don’t Care” singer announced on Instagram on Tuesday that she and her husband Daryl Sabara welcomed a baby girl via surrogate on January 18, 2026.
“Our baby girl Mikey Moon Trainor has finally made it to the world thanks to our incredible, superwoman surrogate,” Trainor wrote.
“We are forever grateful to all the doctors, nurses, and teams who made this dream possible.”
She continued:
“We had endless conversations with our doctors on this journey, and this was the safest way for us to be able to continue growing our family. We are over the moon in love with this precious girl.”
Meghan Trainor is already the mother of two sons: Riley (4 years old) and Barry (2 years old). She said the whole family is incredibly happy with the new member.
“Riley and Barry have been so excited, they even got to choose her middle name,” she shared.
“We are going to enjoy our family time now, love you all.”
According to Trainor, surrogacy was a carefully considered decision with doctors and the safest option to continue expanding the family.
Motherhood Journey and Health
In an interview in November 2025, Meghan Trainor revealed that both of her sons were born via C-section. She also shared that being diagnosed with gestational diabetes made her take her health and fitness more seriously.
“I’ve been on a fitness journey since I got healthy,” she said.
“And it started with when I was pregnant; I had gestational diabetes.”
She stated that her goal in maintaining her fitness wasn’t just for long-term performances, but also to better care for her children.
“If I want to tour forever, I got to be at my strongest.”
“If I want to lift my kids from their crib and not pull out my back.”
